The Makita DHR242 is a high performance cordless combination hammer which accepts SDS+ drill bits. With 40 different angles and a longer bit guide this is a formidable machine which will withstand use on the most demanding of job sites. Almost identical to the DHR243, but slightly shorter and without the Quick Change Chuck (available separately).
This DHR242RTJ kit comes complete with 2x BL1850B 5.0Ah lithium-ion batteries and a DC18RC charger, all packed in a Makpac type 4 carry case with inlay tray. + 199563-2 DX06 Dust Extraction System Attachment.

Unique rubber joint construction suppresses the transmission of vibration to battery terminals, minimising battery failures such as terminal breakage or poor electrical contact
