As a Thank you for your purchases, Powertoolworld offer a loyalty point system. This is how it works:
COLLECT
£1 inc. VAT = 1 point
For every £1 (inc. VAT) you spend, you will receive 1 reward point (1RP).
You must be registered to start collecting points. We can retrospectively add previous orders to new accounts if you weren’t registered before, just email us.
Your points will be added to your account automatically when your goods are dispatched.
You can view your balance in the “reward points” of the customer account section.
REEDEM
2RP = £0.01 (1p)
Each reward point is worth half a pence
- meaning 2RP = £0.01.
You will be offered the option to apply them at checkout. Look for the "reward points" drop down section.
Choosing to use your reward points will apply them to your order in full for the appropriate discount and you will get the affirmative confirmation.
If you change your mind and decide you want to keep them, you can easily remove them and they will stay in your account for a later date and a bigger discount.
Please note: To collect Reward Points you need to have an account with us and you have to be logged in to apply them to your purchase. Reward points from each order are available 1 year from the date of ordering.

How do I collect points?
For every £1 you spend (inc. VAT), you’ll earn 1 reward point (1RP). All you need to do is create an account and log in, the points will be saved there.

No worries – email us and we can add points from your past orders. Write to our customer service at: [email protected]
Where can I see my point balance?
You can see your balance under “Reward Points” in your account. Points are added to your account when your order is dispatched.

How much are points worth?
2 points = 1p off your order.
How do I use them to get money off my order?
You’ll see the option to use your points at checkout, in the payment section of the checkout process.
Want to save them for later?
Your points will not automatically apply to your order, they’ll stay in your account until you're ready to use them.
Please note:
- You need an account to collect and redeem points, and be logged in when you're making a purchase.
- Points are valid for 1 year from the date of your order.
- You will be able to use your points only if they add up to £5 or more.
