The Bosch GMF 1600 CE Professional is a powerful plunge and fixed-base router with Trigger Control. Bosch offers the Plunge and Fixed-Base Router GMF 1600 CE Professional as an alternative version to the GOF 1600 CE, giving optimum tool control for copying work. "Trigger Control" is a switch system in the handle which is unique to combination routers and enables professional tradesmen to guide the tool perfectly from the beginning. This is a major advantage for the user, because until recently all combination routers always had to be switched on at the motor housing, meaning that one hand had to be taken off the handle to start the tool.
