How often do you deliver to Europe?

We ship to all EU countries on a daily basis. Delivery usually takes between 3-7 days from the date of despatch depending on which country you live in.

Can you ship to the Channel Islands without charging VAT?

Yes, please select Jersey or Guernsey from the country drop down menu when entering your details.

Will you deduct the VAT for European VAT registered businesses?

Yes. If you enter your EU VAT number on the details page the VAT will automatically deducted. Please note that this only applies for customers outside the UK.

Is a UK tool Warranty still valid in Europe?

Yes. All our tools are supplied with a European Warranty which is valid in any EU country.

Is VAT charged the same for Southern Ireland purchases?

No. the VAT rate for Southern Ireland purchases is set to 23% - this will be confirmed during the order summary section of checkout, or if you login to your account, 23% tax will be applied to the listing prices. If you’re a registered business with a valid IE VAT number, you can shop tax-free by entering your details in your account page or during checkout.

I am a business ordering for delivery into Northern Ireland - do I pay customs duties?

  • If your order value is under £135 (exc. VAT) then you can order and take delivery of goods as usual with no new requirements. A declaration is not required for these goods.
  • If your order value is over £135 (exc. VAT) then you need to declare as to whether the goods are "at risk" - this means, will they be re-sold into the EU. You can find out how, here:

  • If goods are for sale or use in Northern Ireland, then they are not at risk and no duty will be charged.
  • If goods are for re-sale within the EU, but are of UK origin – they will need to be declared but no duty will be charged.
  • If goods are for re-sale into the EU, but are not of UK origin, then duties could be due - please ensure you are setup to deal with duties in these instances.
  • Please ensure you are fully aware of your liabilities if you are a business ordering goods from us to Northern Ireland.

I am a Northern Ireland resident ordering for delivery into Northern Ireland - do I pay customs duties?

No. Currently, you can order and take direct delivery without paying any extra duties or taxes. Standard UK VAT applies – the price you see is the price you pay.
