Polycrystalline Diamond tipped cutter gives a significant increase in tool life compared to TC tooling.
PCD also gives an accuracy of cut throughout the tool life and faster feed rates as well as reduced downtime.
Use in fixed head, NC or CNC routers only.
Use on MDF, HDF, hard natural timber, veneered and laminated particle board, plywood, hardboard and solid laminate.
Segmented tip with TC plunge tip.
Upcut and downcut shear to prevent breakout for veneers and laminates.
Can be re-sharpened for extended life.
High wear resistance.
