Ideal for window & door extrusions, facias & soffits, checker plate, sheet material.

• Triple chip ground (TCG) tooth form with -6° hook eliminates self-feeding for a safe, clean, controlled, cutting action in aluminium, plastics and non-ferrous metals

• High tooth count reduces feed and cutting speed for a clean, controlled cut

• Microgranular tungsten carbide tips (TCT) for optimum edge retention

• Precision ground alloy steel plate to maintain flatness

• Body hardened and tempered to minimise deflection under load

• Expansion slots improve heat dissipation to minimise vibration, prevent kick-back and improve cut quality

• Etched blade information to EN847 safety standard

• Reamed bore ensures precise spindle fit

• NOTE: Requires a wax lubricant when cutting Aluminium, such as Trend TRENDIWAX
