The Trend CraftPro C005AX1/2TC Straight Two Flute Router Cutter is a 6 mm diameter router bit with a 25 mm cutting depth, designed for tradespeople and serious woodworkers who require clean, accurate results across a wide range of routing applications. Featuring a 1/2" shank, it is suitable for use with both handheld and table-mounted routers.
The two-flute straight cutting geometry is ideal for grooving, rebating, engraving and shallow mortising in softwood, hardwood, MDF, plywood and chipboard. A precision-ground and polished 800-grit tip produces cleaner cuts with a superior surface finish, reducing the need for additional sanding or finishing.
Manufactured with 2.0 mm micro-granular extra-hard tungsten carbide tips, the cutter delivers excellent edge retention and long service life. A PTFE non-stick coating reduces friction and helps prevent resin build-up during use, particularly when machining resinous timbers or MDF. The bottom-cutting design also enables plunge cutting for greater versatility.
Safety K-Mark and EN shank markings provide a clear indication of the correct insertion depth, while the extended shank design ensures secure clamping in both router tables and handheld routers.
