SPECIFICATION

• Step One: If necessary, cut your foam down to the required size. Create a layout of your tools by laying them on the top of the foam. You should leave at least 5mm between items. Once you’re happy with the layout, take a picture as a reference
• Step Two: Remove all of the tools except the one you’re cutting first. We recommend starting in a corner. Lightly press on the item, so it doesn’t move. Trace cut around the item, keeping the knife perpendicular and as close to it as possible. Once you meet the original cut mark, remove the item and cut again to the desired depth
• Step Three: Peel back layers until you reach the required depth. It is easier to pull from a point than a long edge. If you are finding it difficult to peel then you may not have cut the profile deep enough. The peeling of the foam is more of a ‘ploughing’ action. You need to follow the peel and dig your fingers through the foam as you follow the shape of the tool
• Repeat: The process is the same for the rest of your items. Ensure that you keep checking the layout so you don’t run out of room for all of your items
