The Metabo WVB 18 LTX BL 15-125 Quick is the most powerful angle grinder in its class, matching the output of a mains-powered 1500W corded grinder while running entirely on 18V battery power. A service-free brushless motor gives maximum efficiency and handiness, and a fast brake system stops the disc within 1.5 seconds of switching off for real user safety on a fast-moving accessory. The Metabo Quick tool-free system means disc changes take seconds rather than needing a spanner, and Metabo's S-automatic mechanical safety clutch minimises kickback to the lowest level on the market if the disc jams unexpectedly. Variable speed control via a thumbwheel lets you dial in the right speed for the material and keep it constant under load, and the whole unit packs away into a metaBOX 165 L case for transport and storage.
