The Metabo 685050000 consists of 2x 4.0Ah Li-Power CAS Batteries & 1x ASC 55 Charger. Metabo Li-Power batteries have 100% compatibility and fit all current cordless 18v machines from Metabo.
One battery pack for everything – Nine power tool manufacturers including Metabo present a joint battery pack system with the Cordless Alliance System (CAS). This is something no power tool providers have done before, having a manufacturer-independent battery pack system. This is a fantastic advantage for the end user in regards to cost - not having to invest in several different battery platforms for different tools across their business, just the one, and a quality powered one at that!
