Four electronically selectable impact settings let you match the output to the job, from controlled tightening to stubborn, seized fixings. The auto stop system offers three modes in both forward and reverse, including a reverse mode that stops automatically once the nut or bolt has loosened, so it doesn’t spin off or drop.

Makita’s XPT (Extreme Protection Technology) improves resistance to dust and water for reliable use in harsh site conditions, while battery protection cuts power when charge runs low to extend battery life. The rubberised soft-grip handle and toolless side handle help reduce fatigue during heavy use, and LED lighting with pre-glow and afterglow keeps the work area visible.
