The three-stage orbital action allows the cutting action to be adjusted to suit different materials and applications, while straight cutting is available when greater control is required. The tool-less blade change system enables quick blade installation and removal, reducing downtime when switching between cutting tasks. An integrated LED job light illuminates the cutting area, helping improve visibility when following the cutting line.

With a maximum cutting capacity of 135mm in wood, 20mm in aluminium and 10mm in steel, the DJV180 is suitable for a wide variety of professional applications. The rubberised grip provides comfortable handling, while the battery protection circuit helps protect against overloading, over-discharging and overheating. The bevel base can be adjusted up to 45° left and right for angled cuts.
