The eBlade E-Cut Carbide Pro is the blade to reach for when a bi-metal blade would simply burn out. Its carbide teeth carry a titanium nitride coating that gives outstanding wear resistance: rated double the service life of an uncoated carbide blade and up to 30 times the life of an HSS blade. That makes it the right choice for hard materials such as ferrous metals, stainless steel and copper pipe, and it will even cut hardened screws like Spax and high-strength machine screws. It also handles abrasive materials that destroy ordinary blades, including brick, masonry and fibre-cement board, as well as laminate, carbon-fibre and glass-fibre reinforced plastics, while still giving a good cut and clean edge in hardwood and chipboard. The narrow, waisted body keeps the cutting speed up and clears swarf out of the cut. This is the 32 x 40 mm blade with the SL mount, supplied as a 10-piece pack.
