The EY75A8 impact wrench is part of the Panasonic dual voltage range, which is compatible with both 18v and 14.4v batteries, old and new. This allows the user to tailor the weight, size, power and runtime of the tool to the task in hand. For example, an 18v battery will give you more power and a longer runtime at the cost of weight, and if you need to work in a tight space or overhead you can simply swap the battery for a lighter one!

The newly designed hammer mechanism ensures a compact yet highly durable unit. Tightens to M16 and pre-tightens to M20. Equal torque in forward or reverse means speedy assembly and disassembly. It's compact and light weight design provides easy handling when working in tight spaces or when using longer sockets. Bumper protection has been increased to reduce wear on housing surfaces, a tougher rubber helps avoid oil and solvent damage to grip areas and new metal battery contact liners for extra durability in serial use applications. Even in poorly lit areas, the 3 mode integral LED light can illuminate the working area.
