Broadfix manufacture more than 50% of assorted flatpackers in its factory in Hereford. Using modern plastic injection moulding machines, it has the capacity to produce millions of packers each year. Our packers are manufactured using natural polypropylene which has a 50% recycled content. It is from this that the packer gets its properties of high compression strength, being rot proof and never warping or swelling. Colour is added to the plastic for each colour coded thickness of packer.
