The Makita DGA458 is a 115mm Angle Grinder with a Brushless Motor giving an impressive no-load speed of 8,500 rpm. The high powered motor is fitted with a battery protection circuit designed to protect the battery from damage due to overdischarge, high temperature or overload current. The machine is sold without battery or charger.
