WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM
- Be a trade or retail customer and not a HiKOKI seller/dealer
- Be based in the UK/ROI and have a UK/ROI delivery address.
- Have a single transaction from the same UK/ROI HiKOKI seller/dealer
- Have a copy of my itemized VAT invoice (delivery notes/Confirmations will not be accepted)
- Have the capability to take a photo of my purchases.
