Should you have any warranty issues within 7 days of receipt please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to solve the issue for you over the phone, failing this we can put you in contact with a local repair agent or we will arrange for the collection of the tool to be inspected.  If the manufacturer finds the item to be faulty through misuse or damage the customer will be charged for the collection and delivery and be required to pay within 60 days or the tool will be re sold.

Any warranty issues after 7 days of receipt will be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect and return at own cost.

Bosch Professional offer 1 year standard warranty from date of purchase on machines

To extend your warranty all you have to do is register your tool, lithium-ion battery or charger online within 4 weeks of purchase. The term of warranty or service begins on the date of purchase.

2 years warranty for batteries and chargers- This covers all blue Bosch Lithium-ion batteries and chargers. If a fault occurs on a registered battery or charger due to material or manufacturing fault or due to wear, Bosch
will replace it.

3 years warranty for machines- This covers all blue Bosch power tools and measuring instruments from Bosch.
The warranty however, does exclude high frequency tools, production cordless screwdrivers and pneumatic tools, supplied accessories, battery packs and
chargers.

Bosch Green Garden products come with a 2 year warranty, excluding batteries and chargers which are covered by a 12 month warranty

You can extend the warranty on your newly purchased Bosch DIY power tool, garden tool or measuring tool to 3 years at no extra charge. All you have to do to extend the warranty is log on to MyBosch and register your tool within 4 weeks of purchasing it.

Bosch gives you a two-year warranty on tools used for domestic purposes. During this period, the Bosch Repair Service including shipping of your faulty tool are free of charge. For more details of the services provided, please refer to Bosch Gardening Warranty Details (PDF - 172.2 kB).

Please note proof of purchase for the product will be required in order to make a warranty claim.

Any defect, which is recognised by Bosch as being covered by this guarantee, shall be corrected by means of either:

Repair of the Product free of charge by Bosch*

Replacement of the Product with an equivalent Product free of charge from Bosch*

*The option to repair or replace any Product is at the sole discretion of Bosch.

This guarantee does not apply to any fault in the Product arising from:

  • Fair wear and tear
  • Wilful damage, accident or negligence by the consumer or any third party
  • Non-conformity or non-compliance with the operating instructions of the Product by the consumer or any third party
  • Improper use of the Product, including, but not limited to, where a Product has not, or is not, used for its intended purpose by the consumer or any third party
  • Insufficient or incorrect servicing and maintenance of the Product
  • Minor or slight deviations in the Product from the normal condition of the Product that do not affect the value and/or the functionality of the Product
  • Any form of tampering, alteration or repair by the consumer or any third party to the Product
  • The use of accessories, components or spare parts that are not original Bosch parts
  • The use of the Product in abnormal or inappropriate working and/or environmental conditions
  • Abnormal storage conditions
  • Any force majeure event
  • Bosch will only repair the Product in accordance with its obligations two times in any Guarantee Period. A Product that requires a repair three times or more will not be covered by this guarantee, but Bosch may submit to the consumer a quotation to repair the Product.

The standard warranty on Milwaukee products is 12 months from the date of purchase, however, Milwaukee offer a three-year extended manufacturer warranty on the majority of new tools if you register your product on-line within 30 days of purchase.

Note: Tools used in the hire industry, rechargeable battery packs, battery chargers and accessories supplied are not included in the extension of the warranty. Your statuary rights are not affected.

On the account management page you can then register your power tool for the warranty extension and print out your warranty certificate. You will need to register each purchased tool separately. If you need to make a claim under the 3year warranty, you will need the Product Guarantee Certificate together with the original proof of date of purchase. Stanley Bostitch pneumatic tools are fully cycled and tested prior to dispatch.

Stanley Bostitch warrants this product to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase against any defect in material or workmanship, and agrees to repair or replace, at Stanley Bostitch’s option any defect of that material or workmanship.

This warranty is not transferable.

It only covers damage resulting from defects in material and workmanship, and it does not cover conditions or malfunctions resulting from normal wear, neglect, abuse, accident or repairs made by other than our regional repair centre or authorised warranty service centres.

Driver blades, bumpers, and O rings are considered normally wearing parts.

Bostitch are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage of any kind (including loss of profits, revenue or contracts) or for any damage to or destruction of any property.
