The new KAPEX KS 88 features all essential assets from the advanced KAPEX KS 120 design. With benefits such as, fast accurate cuts, the low weight for easy transportation, MMC electronics with smooth start up and much more. The KS 88 is ideal for robust applications and is also quick and accurate complete with applied hands-on functions. It is particularly suited to working on construction sites or where change of location is a prerequisite.

The new KAPEX KS 88 and the KS 120 are two sliding compound mitre saws with a single objective: the perfect cut. The impressive features and benefits of the KS 88 include: 
   
 
 FastFix saw blade changing system: Rapid blade changes with a convenient saw blade changing system that saves you time and money. 
 MMC Electronics: With variable speed pre-selection, smooth start-up, safety brake and overload protection the MMC electronics minimise working stress and adapt machine performance to the working material. 
 Rapid clamping: The tilt angle is easy to adjust from the front. Simply detach the quick-release clamp, set the angle and lock - it couldn't be easier... 
 88 mm cutting depth: The unique special cutting position on the KAPEX allows you to cut strip material with a maximum height of 88 mm quickly, safely and accurately.  
 Easy transportation: Transport safety device, clamp, cable holder, well designed hand grips and 20.7 kg in weight - the KAPEX is ideal for mobile applications. 
 Secure workpiece support surface: The large sliding quick-release fences allow the accurate positioning of workpieces in their 'original wall position' and the attachment of self-manufactured positioning supports. 
 Robust and stable: The KS 88 was designed for tough industrial applications. The large magnesium diecast base with rubber feet provides maximum stability. 
 Easy-to-read scales: The easy-to-read scales are abrasion-resistant, the pointer can also be adjusted. The rotary base has a 60° range and is adjusted via the convenient clamp lever.
