The case was cracked when it arrived but the drill seems to be working ok. I'm not too bothered about it and as the p&p was free anyway, I can't really grumble. I'm sure it'll be taking a fair few more knocks during it's lifetime.

I have to say I was very impressed with the service throughout and it was all very easy. You benefit particularly from your courier service which was a credit to you: having packaged the purchase same day for despatch as promised, I received a text the next day from the courier asking if today was convenient for delivery. As it happened it wasn't and I nervously replied as such and requested the next day, when it was indeed delivered. I spend hours every month chasing business deliveries from couriers who fail to deliver with no reasonable excuse, so well done all round for not using one of these.
I would certainly consider using you again for tools and equipment and sincerely hope to receive the same level of service from the website, despatch department and final delivery courier.
