Got this to remove grout from an old bathroom and to tidy up some old tilling, in a word, worked amazingly well. Battry lasts around 30 minutes, which I don't think it bad. Next day delivery was great. On the basis of this performance, I might think about adding a few more 10.8v tools to the toy cupboard.
This is a Christmas present for my husband, so cannot comment on the tool itself. However, the buying experience from Powertool World was fantastic. Very good packaging and very quick delivery. I was even given a one hour slot, by e-mail, on the day of delivery. Will definitely use again when my husband wants more tools !!

Excellent service from the supplier. Tool fills the gap where jig saws or sabre saws cant's be used due to space constraints, or freehand precision is required. For long jobs I'd recommend a wired counterpart, depletes the batteries quite quickly, but it can be used continuously without overheating issues. Very easy to handle too, is easy on the hands/wrist despite the vibration action. Tackles aluminium sheet/profiles with ease (although cutting fluid is recommended to extend the life of the saw attachments and avoid clogging of the teeth).
Great service from the company. The tool is great and made removing grout and tiles a doddle. my only criticism is that the batteries dont last as long as i would like, but at 10.8v its maybe not too surprising.
Your Company has very good Comms, so I knew exactly when it would arrive. The tool itself does what is says on the tin. Great for use on my boat on it's mooring, as there is no mains power.
After some research, I found the Bosch GOP 10.8v-Li multicutter on your site a good £20 cheaper than anywhere else which was great to begin with.
What I didn't expect was to place my order, receive confirmation that it had been dispatched the SAME DAY, with FREE DELIVERY....and then receive a text message from the courier the following day with a specific one hour delivery slot and the item to arrive exactly when stated, in fantastic condition and well packaged.
